There are a few sparkles of light in the universe that burn as bright as someone who has mastered the ability to delegate… but this week Herman elevated himself to the rank of guru by delegating all his work current and future to someone else!
He did this by leaving the ATC team to go to a new team :( You will be missed Herman - see you in the pub later ;)

A truly great delegator is not made, he is born. So it shouldn’t surprise you that the delegator-ness runs in the family.
The other day myself and Willy were heading out to meet the delegators brother and the delegator got me to do his season greetings (say hi to my brother for me, wish him a happy festive season etc…).
Nothing too bad I thought, until I had finished meeting his brother and on the way out his brother did the same thing! Goes to show that birds of a feather delegate together (I just had to get one more cliché in).
